Welcome to The Orchard Escape! By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or visiting our property, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations or inquiries.

1. General Terms

• The Orchard Escape is a private farmhouse and rural experience property located near Gurgaon, India.
• These Terms apply to all users of our website and guests who book or visit our property.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

2. Booking & Payments

• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our official social media accounts.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Orchard Escape team.
• A minimum advance payment (percentage or full amount) is required to secure your booking.
• Payment methods accepted include UPI, bank transfer, or cash (as applicable).
• Rates vary based on the type of event, stay duration, number of guests, and custom packages.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a partial refund (excluding any non-refundable advance).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.
• In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or emergencies, date rescheduling may be offered at the management’s discretion.
• No-shows will be charged in full.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests must be confirmed in advance and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

By booking or visiting The Orchard Escape, guests agree to:

• Respect the property, staff, animals, nature, and fellow guests.
• Avoid loud music or disturbance after 10:00 PM (to maintain a peaceful environment and comply with local regulations).
• Supervise children at all times, especially near the pool, farm animals, or open areas.
• Keep the premises clean and dispose of waste responsibly.
• Be responsible for any damage caused to the property, facilities, or décor.

6. Pet Policy

• Pets are welcome at The Orchard Escape but must be kept under control at all times.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests or animals on the farm.
• Aggressive or poorly behaved pets may not be allowed on the premises.

7. Pool & Farm Safety

• Guests using the swimming pool must follow posted rules and take full responsibility for safety. No lifeguard is on duty.
• The use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Entry into restricted farm areas (e.g., near tractors, equipment) is prohibited unless guided by staff.
• Alcohol consumption near the pool should be done with caution and moderation.

8. Use of Personal Data

All personal information collected through our website or bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data without your consent.

9. Photos, Videos & Media Use

• The Orchard Escape may take photographs or videos during events or stays for marketing purposes.
• By entering the premises, guests grant us permission to use such media unless they inform us otherwise at the time of check-in.

10. Events, Decorations & Outside Vendors

• Event setups must be approved in advance.
• Guests may bring their own decorators or caterers with prior permission.
• Any major changes to decor, equipment, or electrical use must be discussed and approved beforehand.
• Use of firecrackers, illegal substances, or banned items is strictly prohibited.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, health emergencies, or weather disruptions.

12. Liability Disclaimer

• While we take every measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, The Orchard Escape shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or damage incurred during your stay or event.
• Guests enter and use the property at their own risk and are responsible for their belongings.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
